What service do clients get after buying?
Clients get instant PDF and mobile QR delivery, WhatsApp ticket delivery, order lookup, ticket resend, ticket transfer, review links, and support if payment clears but the ticket does not arrive.
Do attendees need an account to buy?
No, and that's by design. Buyers check out with just name, email, and phone. The moment payment clears, tickets arrive instantly by email PDF and WhatsApp. The account is auto-created passwordless. Cuts cart abandonment dramatically.
How does the 5% organizer fee work?
We deduct 5% from each confirmed ticket sold and pay out the rest directly to your selected EcoCash or USD bank settlement method. There are no monthly fees, no setup fees, and no charges if you don't sell.
Is the gate scanner included in the 5%?
Yes. The 5% covers the full pipeline: sale, printable PDF + mobile QR delivery, and our gate-scanner app for organizers. No extra per-scan charge, no third-party scanner fees, no separate hardware to buy.
Are there processing fees?
TicketPulse covers EcoCash processing fees out of our 5% on amounts under USD 50. For Visa card payments above USD 50, a 2.5% processor fee is passed through.
When do payouts arrive?
Payout requests normally take about 24 hours, plus or minus depending on bank processing times and TicketPulse review.
Can I refund attendees?
Yes, full or partial, any time. Funds are returned to the original payment method automatically.
